Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Server for Ivy Park at Alta Loma to provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents, families, and guests. The role includes taking orders, delivering meals, and maintaining a clean dining area with safety and hospitality in mind.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Written and verbal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Set up and bus tables as needed.
• Follow proper serving techniques and safety standards.
• Support teamwork across departments to enhance resident experience.
