Job summary

Eagle Senior Living is hiring a Security Guard to monitor and patrol our community, ensuring a safe environment for residents and associates. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and does not supervise others.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma, have prior security experience, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with knowledge of safety practices relevant to long-term healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous security experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of security/safety practices pertaining to long-term healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and standards; work twelve-hour shifts when needed.
• Maintain correct use and maintenance of equipment.
• Anticipate resident, guest, and staff needs and respond promptly.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Participate in staff activities that build teamwork and morale.
