Job summary

Eagle Senior Living is hiring a Security Guard to monitor and patrol our community, ensuring a safe environment for residents and associates. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and does not supervise others.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma, have prior security experience, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with knowledge of safety practices relevant to long-term healthcare.

We're hiring a Security Guard to monitor and patrol our community, providing a safe environment for residents and associates. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and does not supervise other associates.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, turn, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and perform fine manipulation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted on a regular basis
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing, including color recognition

Working Environment

• Work is performed in a well-lit, well-ventilated community setting, with occasional exposure to dust, fumes, odors, water, and noise
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, on weekends, or in other roles as needed
