Beatitudes Campus, a vibrant senior living community in Phoenix, is seeking dependable Security Officers to help create a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role blends security with hands-on problem solving and responsive emergency support.

You will patrol, respond to emergencies, secure buildings, and report incidents with professionalism and empathy, while working as part of a team that values reliability and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification and First Aid training.
• Guard Card required and DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• 1–3 years of security, healthcare, or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident emergencies and provide first aid within your training.
• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor campus activity.
• Respond quickly to alarms, safety concerns, and incidents.
• Ensure buildings are secured through lock/unlock procedures.
• Support emergency response efforts and coordinate extra help when needed.
• Assist with basic maintenance-related issues during urgent situations.
• Identify and report hazards, safety risks, and incidents promptly.
• Support campus events through setup and breakdown assistance.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Interact with residents, families, and staff with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
