Juniper Communities is seeking a seasoned culinary professional to assist the Executive Chef and Dining Services Director in daily meal preparation for residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate reads and executes recipes, handles 50–60 covers per hour, and maintains high sanitation standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Ability to handle 50-60 covers per hour.
• Ability to read and follow written recipes.
• Ability to understand and execute tickets and directions.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation and operation of food service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef/Dining Services Director in meal preparation and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare meals for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate communication among dining team and resident assistants.
• Support planning and execution of special events with leadership.
• Maintain records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
• Follow safety regulations, including infection control and equipment safety.
