The position requires at least 1 year in assisted living (memory care preferred) and willingness to respond to emergencies. Monday–Friday with on-call rotations and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in assisted living; memory care preferred
• Willingness to be available for emergencies
• Rotating on-call schedule with Director of Health Services

Responsibilities

• Document resident status as per policy
• Provide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned
• Scheduling of all clinical staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance
• Participate in the admission of new residents and provide overall admin support to the clinical department
