Qualifications

• Proven scheduling experience in medical skilled home care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule skilled home care visits using Kinser to optimize caregiver assignments.
• Manage intake processes, collect and enter client data into Careport systems.
• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals for timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address client or caregiver concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with care management to support patient care plans and regulatory compliance.
