The Gardens at Arkanshire in Springdale, Arkansas is seeking a Senior Living Coordinator to manage resident relations and lead generation in a warm, home-like community. You will handle inquiries, nurture leads, and support tours and events with a customer-first mindset.

This full-time role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to guide prospects through the decision process, while upholding our standards of care and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at a 12th grade level.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Health screening within 6 months prior to or 7 days following employment; must test TB-free.

Responsibilities

• Create human connection with potential residents and families during stressful times.
• Enter leads accurately into the database and provide necessary information on senior living and next steps.
• Cultivate leads through phone calls, tours, and home visits, and catalog all activities in the lead base.
• Provide hospitable lead experiences during tours and community events.
