Cedarhurst Senior Living in Omaha is seeking a Sales Specialist to connect with residents and families, driving occupancy and coordinating moves within Cedarhurst communities. This role requires strong sales expertise, regional travel, and collaboration with the corporate support team to execute marketing plans and meet occupancy goals.

You will manage referrals, conduct tours, and respond to inquiries while supporting onboarding and training of other sales-focused roles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience preferred, preferably in senior living.
• Proven closing skills with occupancy results.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and web-based platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Function as primary contact for phone inquiries and walk‑in visitors to drive occupancy.
• Responsible for outside marketing to increase professional referrals.
• Discover the needs of prospective residents and families and propose solutions.
• Conduct follow up activities to foster relationships and referrals.
• Document planned and completed marketing activities in the database.
• Monitor marketing budgets and lead generation spend.
• Coordinate moves/transfers and resident tours with leadership.
• Collaborate with regional directors to identify referral sources and opportunities.
• Travel locally and regionally; occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel as needed.
