Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of successful sales or marketing experience, preferably in senior housing or memory care.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills; ability to engage families and prospects.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ADA and Fair Housing regulations at state and federal levels.

Responsabilités

• Develop outreach and referral networks with doctors, discharge planners, senior centers, and agencies to maintain a steady referral pipeline.
• Handle inbound inquiries, conduct outreach, schedule tours, and secure move-ins.
• Conduct engaging tours and home visits to showcase community lifestyle, services, and value.
