Avamere at Newberg is seeking a Director of Sales and Outreach to drive occupancy by leading sales, marketing, and outreach efforts for a senior living community. You will guide families and residents through transitions to independent living, assisted living, or memory care, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.

The role emphasizes building partnerships, planning events, and collaborating with on-site teams to ensure a smooth move-in process and achieve occupancy

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of successful sales or marketing experience in senior housing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the aging process and care needs.
• Familiarity with ADA and Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales funnel from inquiries to close.
• Conduct empathetic tours for prospective residents and families.
• Build referral partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations.
