Job summary

Avamere Newberg seeks a Director of Sales and Outreach to drive occupancy across senior living communities. Lead sales, marketing, and outreach efforts to guide families through the transition into independent living, memory care, and assisted living.

Serve as the brand ambassador and build strong referral partnerships to support occupancy goals. The role requires 2–5+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with CRM tools, and a passion for improving seniors' quality of life.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of successful sales or marketing experience in senior housing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of aging, memory care, and assisted living regulations.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
• Proven ability to exceed sales or marketing goals with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales funnel from inquiry to closing, and log activity in CRM.
• Conduct engaging tours for prospective residents and families.
• Build referral partnerships with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Plan and execute marketing events to attract families and raise brand awareness.
• Coordinate with care, admin, and operations teams to ensure smooth move-ins.
• Track monthly lead generation, move-ins, and outreach activities.
• Mentor and lead campus sales/marketing staff and support quarterly plans.
