Zusammenfassung

Avamere Living in Newberg, OR is seeking a Director of Sales and Outreach to drive occupancy across independent living, memory care and assisted living. You will lead sales, marketing and outreach, guiding families through the move to our community and acting as the brand ambassador.

You will manage the full sales cycle, create and execute marketing plans, build referral partnerships, conduct tours, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless move-ins.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in senior housing.
• Understanding of aging, memory care, and assisted living regulations.
• Familiarity with ADA and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and listening skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales funnel from inquiries to closing and record activity in CRM.
• Conduct engaging tours for prospective residents and families highlighting amenities and care levels.
• Build referral partnerships with local healthcare professionals, discharge planners, physicians, senior centers, and community organizations.
• Plan and execute marketing and educational events to attract families and build brand awareness.
• Ensure seamless move-in by coordinating with nursing, maintenance, and administrative teams.
• Monitor local market conditions and industry trends to adapt sales strategies and achieve occupancy goals.
• Distribute marketing materials and educational resources to referral partners.
• Track monthly qualified lead generation and move-in goals across communities.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans with leadership and visiting hospitals, physicians, and senior services to generate leads.
• Act as Brand Ambassador for the community and represent Avamere externally.
• Other duties as assigned.
