Avamere Living Newberg is seeking a Director of Sales and Outreach to drive census by leading sales, marketing, and outreach for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You’ll guide prospective residents and families and serve as the community name and face.

The role requires managing the full sales cycle, planning events, and building strong referral networks to meet monthly occupancy goals while collaborating with campus teams for a smooth move-in process.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of successful sales/marketing experience, preferably in senior housing or memory care.
• Strong understanding of aging, care needs, and relevant regulations (ADA, Fair Housing).
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and active listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire sales funnel from inquiries to closing; record activity in CRM.
• Conduct engaging tours for prospective residents and families.
• Build referral partnerships with local healthcare professionals and community organizations.
• Plan and execute marketing and educational events to attract families and build brand awareness.
• Ensure a seamless move-in by coordinating with nursing, maintenance, and admin teams.
• Monitor local market conditions and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies.
• Track and increase monthly qualified leads, move-ins, and outreach contacts.
• Hire, train, and manage on-campus marketing/sales staff.
