Presbyterian Villages of Michigan is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for The Village of Westland. You will develop the marketing plan, oversee lead generation, retention, and sales activities, and lead outreach efforts in the community.

You will work with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to articulate the village story, manage staff, and drive census growth through effective marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Five years related experience required; experience in senior housing or related field preferred.
• Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking systems.

• Conduct supervisory activities such as hiring and firing staff, providing employee orientation and training, creating work schedules, coaching or disciplinary action, and approving time sheets for the department.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal marketing staff weekly on sales activities and outreach.
• Develop or evaluate quarterly and annual marketing plans, strategy, and sales goals to promote products and Apply best sales practices in local marketplaces.
• Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure sales and profitability of product lines and services; monitor market trends.
• Coordinate lead generation and retention activities in line with sales goals and marketing plan.
• Coordinate or participate in community outreach and public relations; provide leadership to meet census goals.
• Develop and maintain networking and target market CRM database; organize events, media, and advertising costs.
