Job summary

You will lead the sales cycle from inquiry to deposit, manage CRM data, and drive quarterly marketing plans to meet census goals.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic marketing, and collaboration with staff to develop referral sources and ensure exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with sales and marketing tools preferred.
• Experience in senior-level sales and community marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in selling the community by managing inquiries and prospects through the sales cycle to deposit and move-in.
• Develop and maintain a CRM database to track all sales activities.
• Maintain weekly productivity goals to achieve leads and deposits.
• Collaborate with staff to identify referral sources and cultivate relationships.
• Oversee quarterly marketing plans to reach census goals.
