Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living in West Houston, Texas seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales professionals. You will partner with the Director of Sales to drive performance, oversee daily operations, and foster accountability and growth within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation starts at $80,000 per year plus generous commissions and bonuses with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and 1 year of leadership or people management experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales metrics and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales professionals, creating a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Serve as trusted leadership partner to Director of Sales and manage sales office operations.
• Drive excellence across pre-sales activities and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a superb resident and family experience from first impression through move-in.
• Champion strategic sales initiatives to grow Priority List and accelerate the sales pipeline.
• Manage sales processes, track performance, and coach for continuous improvement.
