Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager to guide families and older adults through the senior-living sales journey, working with local professionals to generate referrals and partnering with leadership to achieve revenue and occupancy goals. You will be the boots on the ground inside and outside our communities.

You’ll join a team with onboarding, tuition reimbursement, and a network of hundreds of Brookdale communities, plus opportunities for monthly/quarterly commissions and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and Microsoft Office suite; electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Guide for families and older adults — lead the sales journey from interest to move-in.
• Team player — generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals and local organizations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
