Brookdale is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to guide families and older adults from interest to move-in, collaborating with local professionals to generate referral leads and drive community occupancy. You will partner with leadership to craft and execute plans to meet revenue targets while supporting Brookdale’s mission-driven culture and services.

The role emphasizes teamwork, community engagement, and a strong sales mindset within a nationwide senior living network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; Senior Living experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation; strong technology skills.

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
