Gallaher Signature Living seeks a Traveling Sales Specialist to lead on-site sales across California communities, accelerating occupancy and mentoring local teams. You will own the inquiry-to-move-in process, forecast accurately, and build relationships with families, referral sources, and partners.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of senior living sales experience with occupancy results.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, presentation and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and reporting for forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site sales leader for assigned communities during vacancies or openings.
• Own the prospect journey from inquiry to move-in with follow-up and deposits.
• Develop outreach with physicians, hospitals, home health, and local organizations.
• Provide weekly forecasts and concise performance reporting.
• Coach and mentor assigned community sales team members.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors, pricing, and referral dynamics.
• Represent the company professionally while protecting privacy and compliance.
