The Magnolia is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead community sales and marketing efforts, achieve occupancy goals, and build strong relationships with prospective residents and families. You will drive outreach, strategic planning, and collaboration with staff to promote a vibrant senior living environment.

As a leader in our communities, you will execute campaigns, manage the sales cycle from inquiry to move-in, and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement marketing campaigns, events, and outreach to generate leads.
• Lead management from inquiry to move-in with a seamless process.
• Track sales activities and occupancy trends using CRM.
