Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Strategy and marketing plans for the community.
• Drive occupancy and revenue targets across strategy, pricing and inventory.
• Build and manage referral networks; deliver presentations to partners.
• Manage sales budget and coach the community team on sales accountability.
