Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Director of Sales at Discovery Village Deerwood in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead all community sales efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals through relationship-building, outreach, and strategic engagement with prospective residents and families.

You will develop referral networks, collaborate with leadership, and drive a resident-centered sales experience while growing the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living or healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, PR, or related field preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and occupancy goals

Responsibilities

• Execute the company’s Sales Playbook: discovery, tours, follow‑up, objections, closing
• Achieve monthly and quarterly move‑in and revenue goals
• Build and maintain referral networks through outreach and events
• Manage inquiries from all lead sources with timely follow‑up
• Conduct personalized tours and discovery meetings with prospects
• Maintain CRM data and track KPIs
• Plan community marketing initiatives and sales events
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and goals
• Ensure smooth move‑in experiences with clinical and operations teams
• Prepare and present sales reports detailing performance metrics
• Represent the community with professionalism, integrity, and compassion
