Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking a Sales Director for The Residence at Basking Ridge, a senior living community in New Jersey. You will educate families about LCB offerings and guide decisions to select our community as their new home.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic planning, and achieving quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of consumer-based sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with strong communication skills and CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 3-5 years of consumer-based sales experience—senior living, healthcare, hospitality preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Experience in usage of CRM application preferred.
• A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support potential families in exploring senior living options and educate on offerings to guide to choosing the assigned community.
• Achieve quarterly targets through successful sales execution and pipeline management.
• Build and maintain prospect and professional relationships through a strong lead base and CRM management.
• Market LCB Senior Living differentiators to the general market and industry professionals through a compelling value proposition.
• Develop strong professional relationships in target markets that lead to qualified referrals to the community.
