Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to accelerate occupancy growth and revenue. You will build relationships with referral sources, lead the sales process from inquiry to move-in, and partner with Operations to ensure smooth resident transitions.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a customer-service mindset. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with prior senior living sales

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are critical.
• You will need to be self-motivated, organized, and professional.
• Must be able to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong understanding of sales process management, lead nurturing, follow-up strategies, conversion metrics, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives sustainable occupancy growth, optimizes revenue, and maintains a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, placement agencies, and community organizations to expand market presence and referrals.
• Lead the sales process from inquiry through move-in, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring apartment readiness and smooth resident transitions.
• Analyze sales performance, occupancy trends, competitive activity, and market data to refine strategies and improve conversions.
• Maintain a tour-ready community and accurate sales systems, while ensuring CRM data integrity and robust forecasting.
