Integral Senior Living (ISL) seeks a Director of Sales to lead the community’s sales operations, focusing on converting inquiries into move-ins and achieving occupancy targets.

You will utilize multiple channels, leverage industry trends, and collaborate with the Executive Director and marketing teams to optimize revenue and occupancy. Strong CRM proficiency and a track record in senior living sales are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• Two years in marketing/sales in senior living setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with leads via multiple channels to convert to residents.
• Maintain CRM records of all leads and activities.
• Coordinate with Executive Director and marketing on tactics to reach goals.
• Lead referral network and monthly presentations with ED and team.
• Plan local sales events to generate leads and move-ins.
• Monitor occupancy and revenue targets to optimize NOI.
