Job summary

Orchard Pointe in Creek Valley is seeking a Director of Sales to lead all sales and marketing initiatives, drive occupancy, and partner with families to showcase our senior living community. You will manage inquiries through close, organize in-person and virtual tours, and orchestrate events that generate high-quality leads while upholding our service standards.

This role requires 2+ years in senior living sales or supervisory roles, strong CRM and data skills, and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or sales leadership in senior living or related field.
• Proven sales skills from inquiry to close and driving results.
• Ability to travel throughout the local community.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and collaboration.
• Technical comfort with CRM and common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales and marketing initiatives to meet occupancy goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close and tours.
• Plan and run events to generate new leads and referrals.
• Build relationships with residents and families and showcase property features.
• Oversee move-in processes, orientations, and policy compliance.
