Job summary

Senior Resource Group (SRG) seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the sales department and move-ins at the community. You will build trust with prospects, showcase life in the community, and work primarily in the CRM while occasionally leading tours when the Sales Director is unavailable.

Responsibilities include lead follow-up within two hours, planning events, and collaborating with the community team to deliver an exceptional experience for prospective residents and families.

• Ability to work with ambiguity and make decisions with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up within two hours to maximize speed-to-lead.
• Schedule and conduct in-person community tours when needed; assist with tours when Sales Director is unavailable.
• Organize and execute community sales events; handle catering worksheets in advance.
• Follow up with leads in CRM to schedule new and repeat tours and engagements.
