You will oversee tours for independent and assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, and work closely with leadership on marketing plans to meet move-in targets. The role requires strong outside sales experience, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Senior housing or hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Competitive outside and inside sales experience.
• Outgoing, personable, organized, and self-motivated leader.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with CRM systems and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents of independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.
• Respond promptly to walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
• Plan events with Sales and Marketing Team to attract leads and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and providers of care.
• Maintain knowledge of software programs and CRM systems.
• Participate in weekend coverage as needed.
• Achieve budgeted move-ins and net gains monthly.
• Collaborate with leadership on quarterly marketing plans.
