Job summary

Truewood by Merrill, New Bern is seeking a Senior Living Sales Director (Community Relations Director) to lead our sales and marketing efforts for the community. You will manage prospecting, tours, follow-up, and deposits while collaborating with the GM, BOD, and marketing to drive occupancy and revenue.

The role requires a four-year degree and 3+ years of sales/marketing experience, with strong relationship-building and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications preferred.
• Three-plus years sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain a high occupancy percentage.
• Maintain the sales tracking system and report trends to GM and Director of Sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to move-ins and deposits.
• Develop and implement sales/marketing plans and community outreach.
• Coordinate with Marketing for media, sponsorships, and events.
