Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision process and showcasing the lifestyle and care offered.

You will conduct daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue while delivering outstanding service to older adults and their families.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience with long sales cycles (12–18 months) preferred.
• Strong technology literacy and comfort with CRM/database tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects through daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales.
• Influence prospects with strategic messages and events.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships that generate revenue.
