Greenspring Village, part of Erickson Senior Living, seeks a Dining Associate in the Continuing Care department to create warm dining experiences for residents. You will support the dining room, pantry, and front-of-house operations while delivering friendly, attentive service with a focus on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• 6 months of food service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents at the restaurant.
• Coordinate with seaters to support servers and kitchen staff.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup.
• Ensure residents receive adequate nutritional intake.
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in front-of-house and kitchen.
• Assist in training wait staff.
