Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision process and showcasing the lifestyle and care offered.

You will conduct daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue while delivering outstanding service to older adults and their families.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience with long sales cycles (12–18 months) preferred.
• Strong technology literacy and comfort with CRM/database tools.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience, plus commission.

How you will make an impact

• Interact with prospects through a variety of sales activities that include daily phone sales, face-to-face sales meetings, and group sales.


• Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics, talking points, events, etc.


• Develop and sustain customer relationships that result in revenue generation.


• Conduct extensive follow-up, follow‑thru activities, and retention programs.


• Conduct phone sales that increase the quality and quantity of appointments attended by prospective residents.


• Manage the integrity of our Customer Relationship Management database information and reports.

What you will need

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred


• Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months) strongly desired


• Proven technology skills
