Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position, Monday through Friday with no weekends. You will deliver quality nursing care, coordinate with health professionals, and lead nursing staff on shift to ensure excellent resident outcomes and family satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state, has prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience, and demonstrates strong communication and professional presentation to support our senior care

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Prior RN experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and ensure resident and family satisfaction in line with standards and regulations.
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act.
• Direct nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments and mentoring.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals.
