Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Belton, MO is seeking a Weekend Supervisor RN to oversee nursing care Thursday through Monday, 8-hour shifts. You will ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance under state Nurse Practice Act.

As a Registered Nurse, you will direct nursing staff on shift, mentor personnel, and collaborate with physicians to achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC RN experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Registered Nurse| RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
