Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role Monday through Friday with no weekends. The RN will ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents, adhere to state and federal regulations, and guide care within the Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include directing nursing care during shifts, assigning staff, mentoring, and collaborating with physicians and other health professionals.

Qualifications

Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Deliver efficient and effective nursing care meeting standards and regulations
Direct nursing care during shifts, supervise staff, mentor and educate
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
