Job summary

Cottage Grove Place is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises CNAs and Oral Medication Technicians.

Full-Time 2nd shift. Responsibilities include assessment, care plan development, and daily reporting to the Director of Nursing, ensuring care aligns with physician orders and established standards. We offer a competitive starting rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Graduation from accredited Nursing program.
Currently licensed RN (Registered Nurse) with the Iowa Board of Nursing.
Currently CPR certified.
Minimum two (2) years' experience in long-term care preferred.
Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independence.
Identify medical/behavior changes and monitor care plans and re-assessments.
Provide daily reports to the Director of Nursing on conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to meet residents' needs.
