Job summary

Cottage Grove Place in Cedar Rapids, IA, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time 2nd shift. The role provides direct nursing care to residents, supervising CNAs and OMTs, with duties including ADL support, care plans, and reporting to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing program degree, Iowa RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years in long-term care. Starting pay is $41.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited Nursing program.
• Currently licensed RN with the Iowa Board of Nursing.
• Currently CPR certified.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in long-term care preferred.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and social activities.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Nursing on conditions and supplies.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate and ensure rehabilitative services with other disciplines.
