Bonaventure of Vancouver is seeking an engaged Resident Services Manager to support the Executive Director in leading our senior living community to success. The ideal candidate is well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills, and has experience in sales and marketing, business office duties, and a passion for customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Administrator's license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Assisted Living / Independent Living or Memory Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and financial oversight of Reception, Activities, Maintenance and Housekeeping departments.
• Employee hiring, training, satisfaction and retention.
• Human resources and business office duties.
• Census development.
• Compliance with state regulations.
• Ensuring resident and family satisfaction.
• Promote and engage staff with Bonaventure's Mission and Values.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
