Olympic Place by Bonaventure, a Bonaventure Senior Living community, seeks an engaged Resident Services Manager to support the Executive Director in guiding the community toward financial, regulatory, and operational success.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of proven managerial experience in senior living or related healthcare, strong organization, time management, and a passion for delivering first-class customer experiences. Competitive health benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

• Administrator's license or ability to obtain one.
• Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Assisted Living / Independent Living / Memory Care is desirable.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Salary from $80,170 to $82,000

Senior living, general healthcare or at least 3 years of proven managerial experience is required for the Resident Services Manager position.

What Will You Be Doing?

This position works closely with the Executive Director and is critical to leading the community to financial, regulatory, and operational success. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
