Job summary

Bonaventure of Vancouver is seeking an engaged Resident Services Manager to support the Executive Director in leading our senior living community to success. The ideal candidate is organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills, and a track record in sales and business office management.

You will oversee reception, activities, maintenance, housekeeping, hire and train staff, manage census development, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain resident and family satisfaction

Qualifications

• Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
• Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and meet the needs of our residents.
• Successful experience in an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility is desired.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and financial oversight of Reception, Activities, Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments as well as their success.
• Employee hiring, training, satisfaction, and retention.
• Human resources and business office duties.
• Census development.
• Compliance with state regulations.
• Always ensuring resident & family satisfaction.
• Promote, direct, and engage staff toward the Bonaventure Senior Living's Mission and Value Statement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
