Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL seeks a Director of Resident Services to lead the resident experience, ensuring residents feel welcomed, valued, supported, and connected to their community.

The role oversees coordination of resident services, drives resident satisfaction, builds relationships with families and leadership, and requires strong communication, approachable leadership, and a passion for exceptional customer service in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years prior experience in a similar role with management experience in an area that emphasizes gerontology.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Sociology, Psychology and/or Gerontology or related field; Master's preferred.
• Current CPR certification required or willingness to become CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination and delivery of resident services; promote resident satisfaction.
• Foster meaningful relationships and act as liaison between residents, families, and community leadership.
• Lead with strong communication, approachability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a senior living environment.
