Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Director in a full-time, on-site role serving Elison Independent & Assisted Living of Maplewood. Lead staffing, care planning, and coordination with physicians and families to deliver high-quality senior care.

You will supervise caregivers, ensure compliance, and support residents and their families through transitions while maintaining Sagora’s commitment to compassionate, resident-first care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LVN).
• 1+ year of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work outside normal hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers to ensure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents.
• Facilitate family involvement with residents.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out to ensure smooth transitions.
• Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
