This full-time role focuses on delivering social services, coordinating educational events, and connecting residents with local resources to enhance quality of life. You will collaborate with community partners and agencies while maintaining strong organizational and communication skills to support residents throughout the workweek.

Qualifications

• Degree in a human services–related field.
• Experience working with the elderly and individuals with disabilities (physical and mental).
• Knowledge of local community resources to connect residents with needed services.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with various social service needs.
• Coordinate resident educational events.
• Collaborate with local organizations and agencies to provide supportive services to residents.
• Maintain strong organizational and communication skills; problem-solve efficiently and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and contribute to a positive community experience.
