CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Care Specialist to provide and coordinate resident care, ensuring quality outcomes and a supportive team environment. You will lead the care team, participate in orientation, and help implement resident service plans in a busy, compassionate community.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or within 30 days), and the ability to multi-task while maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Care Specialist I/II training within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience in care setting and teamwork encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate resident care to ensure quality outcomes.
• Serve as go-to resource for the care team and lead orientation.
• Administer medications per physician order and policies.
• Document daily charting and reporting; monitor safety.
• Participate in infection control and confidentiality policies.
• Assist with schedule coverage and on-call rotation.
