Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator at one of our North Carolina communities. You will coordinate resident care needs, draft schedules, and maintain logs and records to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

In this role you will assist the Director of Health & Wellness, train new Care Managers and Medication Technicians, and supervise care services when needed, while upholding TerraBella standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum criteria to perform as a Supervisor in Charge in North Carolina.
• Licensed Medication Technician or CNA with at least one year of experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing and compassionate personality with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care needs and drafting the schedule.
• Maintain physician and pharmacy logs and the clinical record.
• Assist the Director of Health & Wellness and train new Care Managers and Medication Technicians.
• In the absence of the Director of Health & Wellness, supervise resident care services in compliance with TerraBella policies and state regulations.
• Conduct weekly cart audits or oversee audits as needed.
• Schedule appointments and arrange transportation for residents for diagnostic, therapeutic, dental or medical services.
