Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Knightdale seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to organize resident care needs, schedules, physician orders, and records, while supporting the Director of Health & Wellness. This role requires NC licensure as Medication Technician or CNA, excellent communication, compassion for seniors, and leadership to supervise care staff.

You will help train new team members and ensure compliance with policy, procedures, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold NC licensure as Medication Technician or CNA with experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest and warmth in working with seniors; compassionate, mature demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care needs and draft schedules.
• Maintain logs (physician, pharmacy) and organize clinical records.
• Assist Director of Health & Wellness; train new Care Managers and Medication Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and state regulations.
• Supervise care staff; participate in on-duty and weekend rotation.
