Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Director of Resident Care Services to lead daily operations in a senior living community. The role emphasizes admissions coordination, care planning, physician communications, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include staff training, medication oversight, and collaborating with families. The position requires RN or LPN licensure and a strong commitment to geriatric care.

Formación

• Licensed nurse with current nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Experience in geriatric care and dementia residents.
• Ability to assess, document, and implement care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Administrator with admissions and set up residents in Point Click Care.
• Assess, develop, and implement care plans for each resident.
• Coordinate physician orders and ensure accurate documentation in Point Click Care.
• Orient, train and supervise staff on care policies and Point Click Care.
• Coordinate resident services with other professionals per physician orders.
• Implement infection control programs and lead staff training.
• Schedule staff, manage on-call responsibilities, and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain medication administration records and coordinate with pharmacy.
• Communicate with families with regular updates on resident status.
