Job summary

Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Area Director — LPN to oversee admissions, care planning, medication administration, and staff supervision for residents with geriatric needs.

The role requires a Licensed Practical Nurse with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in ACH/CRCF or Long-Term Care, strong communication, and dedication to compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with 3 years’ supervisory experience in ACH, CRCF or Long-Term Care.
• Experience supervising resident care staff and coordinating care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 21+ years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and follow orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions by interviewing, assessing, and completing paperwork.
• Assess resident needs and develop care plans; update as needed.
• Obtain physician orders and supervise Med Techs/Aides as appropriate.
• Lead training, supervision, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Coordinate medication administration and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor infection control and keep records of assessments.
• Communicate with families and update them on resident status.
