Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be qualified as Administrator-in-Charge or Supervisor-in-Charge per Assisted Living Rules and Regulations.
• Experience with geriatric and dementia residents required.
• Must be 21 years or older with valid and clean driver license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator with admissions, interview residents, verify income, and complete paperwork.
• Develop and implement care plans for residents and update as needs change.
• Coordinate orders with physicians and ensure documentation in Point Click Care.
• Conduct regular assessments and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Schedule and supervise staff, manage medication administration, and monitor supplies.
